Tec-Link executes a Five-Step
candidate selection, screening, and verification process when
providing I.T. Staffing. Our Account Executive (AE) initiates
the following steps:

CLIENT sends requirement to Tec-Link for functional or
technical review. Tec-Link AE will visit with CLIENT to gain
firm understanding of the requirement when necessary.

Tec-Link AE will search our internal database and/or
professional network, as well as utilize reliable web-based
recruitment services to locate the best candidate nationwide.

Tec-Link AE will verify candidate’s professional references
and project experience, which validates adequate
knowledge-base and hands-on experience matching the
requirement. CLIENT will have the option to phone and/or
in-person interview and final approval. Tec-Link AE will
assist CLIENT with scheduling and any other adequate
activities related to the interview process.

Prior to the candidate visiting or starting employment at
CLIENT site, Tec-Link will conduct Back- ground Check and Drug
Screening (in cases where the CLIENT does not duplicate these
activities).

Tec-Link AE will maintain effective communications with CLIENT
regarding consultant performance during the contract period.
